School Child Care

Pope John Paul II Catholic School provides extended child care for students of all ages before and after school in addition to CYS After School Activities. The normal hours for child care are:

                Before School:  6:45 AM to 7:45 AM Monday through Friday
                After School:      2:30 PM to 6:00 PM  Monday through Friday
                                           12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on early dismissal days

Activities include basic child care, homework time, snack time and play time.
Parents must register for this care in the school office. Each family must have a signature on file for each person picking up a child after school. In order to “claim” a child, a parent must ring the extended day bell and enter the building and sign out the child for the day. A child is released to a only those persons whose signatures are on file with the school. There is NO extended day program on days school is not in session.

The fee schedule is as follows:

                One Child—$2.25/hour
                Second Child—$1.75/hour
                Third Child—$1.25/hour
