PJPII Welcomes Students of All Faiths!

At Pope John Paul II Catholic School we accept students and families of all faiths. Every child is a unique member of God’s family. Therefore Pope John Paul II School may admit students who are non-Catholic. It is important for students and parents to understand that participation in Catholic religious instruction and school activities related to the Catholic identity of the school will be required.

Ongoing Registration

Registration for the 2010-2011 school year is open! Registration is ongoing until all seats are filled in a classroom. After viewing the application process, please call us at 773.523.6161 for more information or to request a school tour.

Admissions

You are only a few steps away from being a PJPII Warrior! Just follow the steps below.

1. Come visit our school and decide it is right for your child!
2. Fill out our registration form and return it to the office with your registration fee.
3. Present a copy of your child’s birth certificate
4. Copy of baptismal certificate (if applicable)
5. Medical Records will be needed before the first day of school (Medical, Dental, and Eye Exams may be applicable depending on the grade)

Preschool/Kindergarten

We are pleased to provide exceptional early childhood learning and care to your children. In accordance with state laws, a child must be:

  • 5 years old by September 1st to enter Kindergarten
  • 3 or 4 years old by September 1st to enter preschool.
Transfer Students

Students transferring from other schools will always have a home at PJPII! For the admission of new or transfer students, families must present:

1. an official copy of a child’s birth certificate
2. a copy of the child’s sacramental record
3. a record of compliance (medical and dental) with local and State of Illinois health requirements.
4. a copy of the students last report card (if applicable)
5. an official transfer form from the school previously attended (if applicable)
